ABOUT ME
I am a clinical psychologist with an integrative approach to therapy. Our sessions will be tailored to meet your needs and treatment goals. You will find that I am direct and straightforward in my approach and will continually offer my thoughts and reflections about possible underlying issues and potential short-term and long-term solutions.
My goal is that our work together will continue to influence you well after our sessions are over. I believe in the importance of balance and focus my practice on paying attention to the pillars of well-being: sleep, nutrition, health, spirituality and connection.

I specialize in working with those seeking support and treatment for eating disorders, peri-partum depression and anxiety, infertility, depression, anxiety, burn out, phase of life difficulties, stress, mood disorders, ADHD and trauma. My treatment modality is heavily focused on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reflective Feedback and Solution Focused Therapy.

We will together begin to give more emphasis to your strengths instead of solely focusing on the issue(s).

I integrate different therapeutic approaches with the focus of meeting your individual needs taking into account culture, diversity and specific goals. I truly believe in the relational aspect of our work and want to nourish a therapeutic relationship where one feels able to express oneself in a way that feels authentic to you.
